Adjunct Faculty - Communications, Media, & Technology

La Roche University invites applications for an Adjunct Faculty position to teach Communication Between Cultures for the Fall 2026 semester.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

This course will offer a critical exploration of US culture in a global context. Students will study the foundations of cross-cultural communication, the interplay of culture, communication, context, and power and the role of media and technology in intercultural relations.

This undergraduate course meets twice a week in-person on La Roche University’s campus in McCandless. The role will provide course instruction, grading, and updating course materials as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Master’s degree or higher in Communication, Media Studies, or related field

· Prior college/university level teaching experience is preferred

· Professional experience is preferred
